Piers Wilson is a Managing Principal Consultant with Adviza Consultants, he has an Information Security Masters degree with distinction and an upper second class honours Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science as well as the BCS ISEB Certificate in Information Security Management at Distinction Level.

His areas of expertise are Information and IT security, government information assurance (IA) and enterprise security at business and strategic levels as well as the translation of this into the security and assurance of the underlying technology; networks, systems and applications.

Piers has advised clients at all levels from top-level management down to hands-on technical staff, as well as undertaking a significant amount of technical, security review and vulnerability assessment/penetration testing work and provided extensive advice on security in outsourcing contracts and third party assurance.
