James is the Group Chief Security Officer for Mimecast, a leader provider of email management solutions providing security, continuity, archiving and ediscovery.  James is responsible for security globally for both the company's internal systems and service delivery platforms,  which support over half-a-million corporate subscribers.

James has nearly 20 years experience in storage, continuity, information security and compliance with leading vendors and management consultancies.

James holds a PhD in Information Security Management and a MA in Economics.
